Enter the quantity you want for the date set of your choice, then hit "enter" or "add to cart." Text boxes will then appear, where you'll need to enter information as the purchaser, and for the child's info. After you fill in those boxes, then click "ADD TO CART" to move forward with the purchase.

Please note the Registrant Info at the top of each section is YOUR info (the purchaser).

List each child's info where it says "Participant Info: Child Name & Current Grade Level"
