Go Behind-the-Scenes as a VIP and feed our African Penguins! Photos are permitted, so don't forget your camera! 

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note: up to 6 people (aged 2 and above) can participate in this program. Kids under 2 do not count towards the maximum number and are allowed in the building as long as they are held by an adult. Strollers are not permitted in the penguin building.

Bring your purchase receipt on the day of your visit and show it to the staff at the Main Entrance. They will scan your bar code and provide you with a VIP Ticket to use for entry into the program. The Penguin Feeding Experience will begin at 12:30pm; please meet in front of the penguin habitat at that time.

Please note: your tickets are valid ONLY on the date for which you purchase them, so please ensure you are selecting the correct date before you buy.

Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Gloves are provided for your protection. We do not recommend that individuals with fish allergies participate.  Thank you!
