You do NOT need to purchase a ticket or reserve an arrival time for the MOTHERS in your group or for children under the age of 3. Mothers and kids under 3 receive free admission on arrival to the NEW Zoo on Sunday, May 14th.

You must choose a 30-minute arrival window when purchasing tickets. Please ensure you are purchasing a ticket for the arrival window of your choice. Plan to arrive to the Zoo for check-in during the time frame listed on your ticket, or at anytime afterwards (and before doors close for the night at 5:40pm). 

Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable; they must be used on Sunday, May 14th.
