The NEW Zoo is open 365 days a year in all weather conditions.

Zoo Plus Canopy Tour Admission tickets are valid for regular admission entry and are not valid for special events that require an event ticket (such as Zoo Boo, EggStravaganZoo, and others). The Canopy Tour closes before the Zoo closes, so please plan your visit activities accordingly.

Let the NEW Zoo's Education Team create a video just for your audience! Every video will be customized according to your needs and requests. After your payment is processed, we'll begin working on your video(s) as soon as we can.
Once your video(s) is/are ready, we'll send you a link to view and/or download the video, based on your request.
Be a VIP and feed our American white pelicans! Photos are permitted, so don't forget your camera!
Bring your purchase receipt on the day of your visit and show it to the staff at the Main Entrance. They will scan your bar code and check you in for the experience. The Pelican Feeding Experience will begin at 12:30 pm; please meet inside of the Aviary Habitat at this time. You MUST be present in the Aviary within 10 minutes of the program start time in order to feed the birds.

Kids under 2 do not count towards the maximum number and are allowed in the building as long as they are held by an adult. Strollers are not permitted in the penguin building.

Be a Zoo VIP and feed our North American river otters! Photos are permitted, so don't forget your camera!

The Otter Feeding Experience will begin promptly at the time listed on your ticket; please meet Zoo Staff at the Otter Habitat at this time. You MUST be present at the Otter Habitat within 5 minutes of the program start time in order to feed the otters.

- 1st Hour = $25.00(+tax) Per Bike
- Each additional hour = $5.00(+tax) Per Bike
- Brown County Parks Daily Trail Pass (required) = $5.00
- During your selected rental timeslot you will get 1 hour during that 3 hour block of time to ride. Any additional time will be charged at $5.00 per hour.
Participant Requirements-
- Bikes must be returned before designated end of rental time or the participant will be charged an additional hour
- Participants must fit available bikes properly
- Recommended minimum age of 10 years old
- Participant must be 18 years old or under the direct supervision of a legal guardian
- Participants/Legal Guardian must sign a participant agreement and liability waiver
- Participant must where provided safety equipment at all times while riding
- Participant must follow all recommended safety protocol provided in safety speech
- Bikes must stay onsite
- Participant is liable for any major bike damage beyond normal “wear and tear”
In the winter months, there are designated groomed fat bike trails onsite ranging in distance from 2 to 6 miles. Maps of the fat bike trails will be provided at the Adventure Park Base Camp and are also available at the Fat Bike trailhead. DO NOT RIDE FAT BIKES ON SKI TRAILS. Fat bikes will only be available to rent when the Fat Bike trails are posted as open. Trail conditions may vary depending on snow conditions.

Zoo Pass Members receive a discount that will be applied automatically to your shopping cart - BUT - you MUST be signed in to your membership account in order for the discount to be applied. We recommend that you sign in (or REGISTER using the email address tied to your membership if you have not yet done so) BEFORE you add the party to your cart.

- Admission to the Zoo is not included in the program fee and must be paid on arrival to the zoo (or in advance if purchasing tickets online)
- Show your program ticket bar code for scanning on arrival to the Zoo
- Your group members should wait by the green "Scheduled Programs Meet Here" sign located near the carousel about five minutes before your scheduled program start time
You do NOT need to purchase a ticket for the MOTHERS in your group or for children under the age of 3. Mothers and kids under 3 receive free admission on arrival to the NEW Zoo on Sunday, May 10th.
You can arrive anytime after the Zoo opens at 9:00am and before the last Tour leaves for the night at 5:30pm.

- Learn all about penguins, with a focus on African penguins! Take photos and interact with the bird. Learn about how we care for the penguins at the Zoo, and how we are working to save endangered penguins from extinction – and how you can help, too! Touching of the penguin is not guaranteed, but if the penguin is comfortable with your group and allows touching, we do incorporate it whenever possible.
Zoo admission is not included with this program fee and must be paid for all group members on arrival to the Zoo.

- Approximately 40-45 minutes in length
- Learn all about penguins, with a focus on African penguins! Take photos, interact with the bird. Learn about how we care for the penguins at the Zoo, and how we are working to save endangered penguins from extinction – and how you can help, too!
- Your African penguin friend will create a painting just for you! You choose the paint colors your penguin artist will use during the program.
- Includes your choice of following painting sizes:
- One (1) large Canvas Paintings
- Two (2) medium Canvas Paintings
- Three (3) small Canvas Paintings
- Additional canvas paintings of any size can be added for just $5 each, up to five paintings total

Tickets are valid for dog entry only and do not include admission to the Zoo for humans. Each dog must have one adult guest in attendance on the day of the visit; admission for all (human) guests can be purchased on arrival to the Zoo OR Zoo Members can use their memberships for (human) entry as usual. Zoo Members must purchase tickets for their dogs to participate in this event.
