Tickets are valid on any day during the current calendar year EXCEPT during special events that require separate tickets, such as EggStravaganZoo and Zoo Boo. A full list of events is available on our website.

Admission tickets are valid during special events ONLY WHEN they are labeled Free with Zoo Admission (such as World Giraffe Day). If you have questions about when to use your tickets, feel free to email info@newzoo.org or call 920-434-7841.

Zoo Admission Ticket purchases are nonrefundable. Children under 3 are free and do not require an admission ticket; we will account for them on your arrival to the zoo.

The NEW Zoo is open 365 days a year in all weather conditions.
